Slate House Signs:
We manufacture all our engraved slate signs in house using top quality slate.
Our custom made slate signs can be engraved with a selection of fonts and infilled with a variety of colours. We can also add borders, mounting holes and certain types of block graphic artwork as shown below.
Please note we do not provide a service to design any graphical artwork. The client is required to send us the finished digital artwork \ image in the correct size and format so we can easily import the artwork and engrave the image onto the slate sign.

How To Order and Estimated Delivery Times:
You can order your sign online using the 'Buy Now' button shown under each sign. When you have completed the online payment process you will receive a confirmation email which includes an order number. Simply reply to the email with the wording you would like and any font type, font colour and border preferences. Once we receive your instructions we will then provide you with a PDF sign proof showing the layout of the sign before we commence any work. This allows you to make any changes before work actually commences.
Please allow 7-14 days for delivery from the date of payment and approval of the sign proof. This is due to the amount of work we are currently processing and the amount of work required to make each slate sign order.
Slate is a natural product, this means that variations in grain and shades can occur. Any natural product such as slate can contain veins that are an attractive feature of the material. We do at all times try to use slate that has minimal levels of imperfections. If you are wanting a flawless material with no imperfections then slate may not be the material for you.
Slate signs are virtually maintanance free. The slate just needs cleaning periodically with warm soapy water.
